We have been developing our application suite piecemeal for a number of years and it had become quite large. Too large for our independent contractor and we began our search for a development partner that could become a custodian for our current code and handle enhancements and integrate into the code. Our code base contained a variety of languages, techniques and modules and we were concerned that finding a qualified vendor would be difficult at best.
In September of 2006, we awarded PM&L the project and they were quick to acclimate to our process and learn the code. They successfully complied with our budget and support demands, which included a bit of travel to our events over weekends.
In August of 2007, we addressed a complete redevelopment of our application suite to a more modern platform because performance and enhancement integration was proving increasingly challenging. Again, we looked to PM&L and they provided us with a complete plan and we are well on our way to developing our new application suite.
