We started working with PM&L over five years ago when we had a desire to present our member statements electronically.  PM&L was able to deliver a solid product that provided our members the ability to view and print their statements as well as discontinue the need for us to produce paper statements.  A year and a half ago we went through a core data processor conversion which required a complete overhaul of our electronic statements system since the data was vastly different from one system to the other.  PM&L redesigned the system with great flexibility so that we were able to not only present our regular statements to members electronically, but we now have Visa statements, IRS forms and VISA Year End Summaries all available online to our members.  We also anticipate that our Home Equity and Mortgage billing notices will be available electronically within a few months as well.  The availability of a reliable and secure means of presenting our member statements electronically allows us to realize large cost savings by eliminating printing and postage costs each month.

The programming staff at PM&L makes use of the latest techniques with a focus on security which is paramount in our industry.  The electronic statements product took several shapes and forms during development as we made solution or scope changes.  PM&L was able to accommodate all of our changes in a reasonable amount of time.  The nice part about working with PM&L is that the sales group has programming background so they have a good handle on what it takes to develop a solution and can reliably communicate our desires to the programming staff while adding some insight.
