David Mastrella , Partner & COO
David is a founding partner and Chief Operating Officer at pm&l. He has over 20+ years experience in the Information Technology industry. David’s primary function is facilitating all the projects through the pm&l development process with our engineers and often leads in the data architecture and design. He provides our clients with unrivaled technology solutions and is responsible for determining the technical infrastructure required to deliver robust scalable solutions. David is also an accomplished application developer and database designer and has exceptional knowledge in the realm of data management, cleansing and warehousing. Over the past ten years, David and his team have designed and developed numerous web applications including, but not limited to, e-commerce, content management, data warehousing, and enterprise-level application integration for clients such as the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Energetix, ElementK, Barnes & Noble and Dairy Delicious. He has received a Masters Degree in Computer Science from the University of Rochester’s Simon School.
Gaetano Vigneri , Art Director
Gaetano “Guy” Vigneri serves as Art Director at pm&l, inc. Since joining our team in 2004, Guy is responsible for all efforts in the realm of design, layout and typography. During this time he has added hundreds of designs to his portfolio and has distinguished himself as a talent that is not often seen in a professional of his age. Guy enjoys continuous education in the realm of design tools and techniques for creating extraordinary interfaces. It is his goal to see the importance, understanding and expectations of design within business application development. Guy has a knack in explaining user behaviors and reactions to different fonts, colors and asset placements. Guy earned his degree from Full Sail – School of Art & Design.
Paul Campbell, Development Manager
Paul joined pm&l, inc. in 1998 as a technical lead, and is responsible for designing, planning and coordinating technology work throughout the project process. He provides technical support to other team members and develops complex application features and technical designs. Paul has extensive experience using technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, ASP, VB, SQL Server, Oracle, .NET (VB.NET, ASP.NET, C#) Business Objects Server and all Windows Systems. With his 10+ years of experience, Paul is versed in all stages of project development and has been integral to the success of some of our most visible projects.
