Database Management is an area PM&L has focused on since the company’s inception. It’s an area of expertise that we utilize on a daily basis and continues to grow as more and more companies search for rapid, smooth, error-free data. Our data management services encompass two major area: data cleansing and administration.
The data cleansing services aid companies in de-duplication, print preparations, zip+4, national change of address, and conversion analysis. The lists we work with sometimes span millions of records and our processes are proven better than most in the realm of cleansing. We use a combination of BCC mailing software with some organic and third party tools to create custom routines.
Our administration services span everything from database optimization, platform migrations, and DTS/ETL development and implementations. We work mostly with Microsoft SQL Server (any version), but we are comfortable in Oracle, MS Access, dBase, and MySQL. Of course, other data sources like XML, XLS, CSV, TXT, and others are no problem.

Before your database can become a well-oiled machine, it may need a good cleaning! We will cleanse the data, organize it, omit duplications and ensure the database is normalized. We then give you a means for keeping the data organized and pure.
